I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, especially one lady were really nice to help me find my lost keys. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with great facilities. The location was perfect for me, as I could easily find everything I needed from some great restaurants to the central Melbourne area. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with lots of options to choose from. I was impressed by the level of service and care provided by the staff, making this stay enjoyable.
For me, this hotel was ideal and there were no negative aspects.

The hotel's Therry street location right in the centre of the city was ideal for exploring Melbourne. We found everything we needed near the hotel, including the Queen Victoria market, which was within walking distance. The room had comfortable beds and tea and coffee making facilities.
We were disappointed that the restaurant advertised gluten-free options that were not actually gluten-free, which can be dangerous for those with celiac disease.

The location was perfect for my Christmas stay. It was close to the Victoria Market and shopping center, making it convenient for me to get everything I needed. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were very good too ensure that I had a great experience. I particularly loved the thoughtful touch of the complimentary lemon water and sunscreen, showing that they care about their guests' well-being.
. There was no telephone cable in the room, that the hotel couldn't contact me if needed.

I loved the convenient location near the Victoria Market and the easy access to the city's shopping areas. The self-service laundry on our floor was a definite plus. The staff were cute and gave us extra towels when we asked.

This hotel is located right at the center of the area, within the free tram zone, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the essentials, including tea and coffee making facilities with a shower. Plus, the breakfast included offers decent coffee and reasonable prices for tea & toast.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.
